Teacher MADHU  Mahadevan was born on 17th June 1967 in Tindivanam, Tamilnadu, India.

Madhu was initiated into Carnatic Music at 16 by his mother, Mrs. Mangayarkarasi Mahadevan, an established South Indian Classical Singer and Dancer of yesteryears.

In 1993, he rendered a series of Devotional songs on Lord Nemili Bala, and Madhu is the primary music director and singer for Nemili Bala Peetam, Tamilnadu.
